We often judge capability through a title, a qualification or a familiar career path. The Invisible Talent Economy asks what those measures reveal, what they leave out and how opportunities take shape.

FROM THE PAGES

Take a look inside.

Three glimpses into the questions behind The Invisible Talent Economy.

01 / 03

Meet the author

Azzah Atique

Career transition coach · Author · TEDx speaker

Azzah Atique is an author, career transition coach, entrepreneur and TEDx speaker. A certified NLP coach, she is pursuing an MA in Global Cultures at King’s College London. Her experience of living across countries, building businesses and working with communities shapes her interest in how people find opportunities and make a different way forward.

Failures, rejections, recognition, successes and countless interactions led her to look more closely at the turns her journey had taken. Why did some doors open while others stayed closed? What had changed in her capability, in the way others saw her, or in the circumstances around her? Writing became a way to examine the factors shaping those outcomes and share what she was learning.

In The Invisible Talent Economy, she brings those questions to the ways we judge capability and recognise experience. Her writing and coaching invite people to consider what their experience could become part of next.
